This was written for womenverse, for the Music Inspiration challenge. I was assigned 3 songs ("Breath (2 AM)" by Anna Nalick, "Killing Me Softly With His Song," by Roberta Flack, and "This Shirt" by Mary Chapin Carpenter), and I had to use at least two of them for inspiration for a fanwork. Naturally, I wrote BtVS fic.
